Platform Overview
Studioloop has three connected surfaces:
- Console for staff operations and business settings
- Website Widget for browser booking
- Mobile App for client booking and account management
Setup Sequence
- Create your account at console.studioloop.app
- Complete Setup checklist
- Add at least one location, service, and staff member
- Configure Online Booking rules and channels
- Connect billing and Stripe if you require online payment
- Run a full test booking before launch
Go-Live Requirements
- Active subscription
- At least one active location
- Services assigned to locations
- Staff assigned to services
- Online booking enabled for the location
Final Checks
- Confirm business hours and booking rules in Settings
- Confirm cancellation policy and terms text
- Confirm tax and tip settings in Billing
- Test widget on desktop and mobile
- Verify notification defaults
