Sign in, roles, invitations, and password basics
Sign-In
Use console.studioloop.app to sign in with email and password.
For sign-up, passwords must be at least 6 characters.
Roles
Tenant roles:
- Owner: full access, including billing
- Admin: operational and settings access, excluding owner-only billing actions
- Manager: operations access (clients, orders, widget, loyalty)
- Staff: day-to-day calendar visibility and assigned workflows
Current permission boundaries:
- Service, team, and location management: owner/admin
- Settings: owner/admin
- Billing: owner only
Inviting Team Members
Use Users & Access:
- Send invite by email
- Assign role
- Add note (optional)
- Revoke pending invite if needed
Security Checklist
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Remove access immediately when staff leave
- Review owner/admin membership regularly
