Sign-In

Use console.studioloop.app to sign in with email and password.

For sign-up, passwords must be at least 6 characters.

Creating Your Salon

After you sign up, a guided wizard helps you build your salon. Paste your existing website to import your brand, services, team, and photos automatically, or set everything up by hand. Your progress saves as you go, so you can leave and return without losing your work.

When you finish, you land on the Setup checklist to connect payments, set availability, and go live. You can create additional salons later and switch between them from the salon selector.

Team members you invite skip this wizard and land directly in the dashboard for your salon.

Roles

Tenant roles:

• Owner: full access, including billing
• Admin: operational and settings access, excluding owner-only billing actions
• Manager: operations access (clients, orders, widget, loyalty)
• Staff: day-to-day calendar visibility and assigned workflows

Current permission boundaries:

• Service, team, and location management: owner/admin
• Settings: owner/admin
• Billing: owner only

Inviting Team Members

Use Users & Access:

1. Send invite by email
2. Assign role
3. Add note (optional)
4. Revoke pending invite if needed

Security Checklist

• Use strong, unique passwords
• Remove access immediately when staff leave
• Review owner/admin membership regularly
