Managing Approvals
Review pending bookings when manual confirmation is enabled
Approvals Queue
When manual confirmation is enabled, new bookings enter the Approvals tab inside Inbox (Inbox → Approvals).
You can:
- Review pending requests
- Approve or reject bookings (or approve all at once)
- Prioritize by urgency and location
Timeout Settings
In Online Booking rules, set:
- Confirmation timeout hours
- Auto-reject on timeout
These settings prevent indefinite pending bookings.
