Can staff see only their own bookings?
Yes. The Staff role gives team members access to the calendar for their own services only. Owners and admins see all staff.
Can clients pick a specific staff member?
Clients can express a staff preference during booking. You can configure whether staff selection is required, optional, or hidden.
How does the system handle double bookings?
The availability engine prevents double bookings by default. A staff member cannot be booked for overlapping services.
Can I set different hours for the same staff at different locations?
Yes. Schedule overrides can be applied per staff-location combination, so a staff member can have different hours at each location they work.
Is there a limit to how many staff I can add?
No. Studioloop pricing is flat per location, not per staff member. Add as many staff as you need without affecting your bill.
