What card payments cost, by country
Cash taken in person is free. Card payments carry one blended Studioloop processing rate that already includes card processing, with nothing added on top. The rate depends on where your salon is. Your Studioloop subscription is a separate flat monthly fee per location.

Rates shown are for standard cards. Funds land directly in your bank account. There is no per-booking marketplace commission, the way Fresha and Booksy charge on new clients. Rates may vary slightly for premium or international cards.
One all-in rate
The rate you see is everything. Card network and processing costs are already inside it, so there is no second line item and no surprise on your statement. Cash never carries a fee.
Cheaper where card costs are lower
Card costs are genuinely lower in Europe than in North America, so your rate is too. A salon in Tallinn pays a Eurozone rate, not a US one. The number shown is the real rate your account is charged.
