All historical data from your account start date is retained and queryable. There is no data retention limit.
Can I see reports across multiple locations?
Yes. The report dashboard shows consolidated data across all locations by default, with a location filter to break it down.
Are reports real-time or end-of-day?
Real-time. Data updates as transactions occur — there is no batch processing or overnight delay.
Can I give my accountant access?
You can invite your accountant as a team member with a limited role. Alternatively, export reports as CSV for them directly.
Does Studioloop integrate with accounting software?
